Simon Spiller, Principal
Simon is founder of Pebblebed Consulting, an experienced management consultant, business owner and a serial entrepreneur with multiple exits in several sectors.
He brings 30 years of international board-level experience as a senior manager and consultant in a wide range of sectors including: manufacturing, professional services, media, business process outsourcing, education, food & drink, hospitality, tourism, training, e-commerce and social care. He has also founded, acquired and scaled businesses across established and emerging markets and acts as an angel investor.
As a consultant, Simon now enjoys helping SME clients address their leadership, strategy and culture needs to achieve sustainable growth and performance. He draws on a network of professional and talented colleagues who he selects depending on client needs.
